No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes
While we strive to help every client understand and pursue available options regarding unwanted timeshare obligations, we do not guarantee any specific legal, financial, credit, or cancellation outcome.
Fees are paid for professional services, consultation, education, document preparation, and support—not for a guaranteed result.
Chargebacks
Clients are encouraged to contact us directly regarding any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We make every reasonable effort to resolve concerns fairly and professionally.
